Travelodge by Wyndham Charles Town/Harpers Ferry

Nice rooms, no carpet, big television, the building was recently renovated. Bathroom was clean. Bed was clean and comfy. There was a previous guests smoothie left in the freezer though.

My experience here at the Days Inn Travelodge by Wyndham in Charlestown,WV. is amazing I've been staying here for awhile now and my stay here has been GREAT! The staff here has always been very helpful and the rooms has been clean. I would say that, you won't please people sometimes but you will be pleased all the time, doing your stay here. I stay at the Travelodge and I have NO complaints, to be honest. No place is perfect, because someone is always going to find something to fuss about. I heard about(2) issues about bed bugs, since the 4 months that I've been here and it's a good chance,a percent chance that the (2) people who said something about the bedbugs probably brought them with them.I would recommend too my family and friends to stay here.

Would definitely stay again if in the area. Friendly staff and the breakfast was better than expected. Much better than the higher end hotels in the area! Hot food bar that was well stocked. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and renovated. Only negative was the outside light near the window kept waking me up and a little noise early in the morning from neighboring room but can be expected in most hotels.

We stayed at the Travel Lodge portion as this is a blend of Days Inn and Travel Lodge. The woman at the front desk, Teena, was very personable and welcoming. She made sure to explain all the available amenities, which also conveniently included a free shuttle to the Hollywood casino. When we got to our room, it was perfectly acceptable for being as affordable as it was. My husband and I decided to walk to the casino, but after our night ended around 11, we were able to take the shuttle, driven by none other than Teena, back to the hotel, right to our door. Teena reminded us about the breakfast that would be available in the morning. The only complaint I have is that around midnight till after 1 there were some very loud and rowdy, what sounded like young women outside our room arguing and carrying on, and then a few hours later our "neighbor" arrived back to their room and was arguing quite loudly with what I assume was one of the young ladies from earlier. So, while the hotel overall was great, the walls are thin, and you never know how the other guests will be. In the morning, the breakfast was perfect. Nothing fancy but delicious food and very clean. The woman taking care of the area was also very kind and welcoming. At check-out, Teena was there yet again and got us checked out quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, and most of that is thanks to Teena. I sure hope she is adequately compensated for her hard work and dedication to the guests. If not, I hope she finds some place that deserves an employee such as her.

Definitely one of the better hotels, staff was fantastic and the women at the front desk were amazing. I'd definitely recommend booking if you're looking for a room. They've got nice rooms, great staff and breakfast so that's all nice.

We have stayed here twice. The rooms are super small but very very clean. Front desk was always friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It's set back a bit from the road, you might think you are going into the rear parking lot of another business. But it's there and it's clean. Coffee and continental breakfast available.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was kind and talkative, the location is gorgeous, and very convenient. The room was impeccably clean, and so comfortable. We had enough room to prop up my daughters pack n play which I always struggle with. breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of options to choose from, even when it came to beverages. This will be the ONLY place we stay at when we come into the area in the future.

This place is so clean and the rooms are in excellent condition. The beds are super comfy and the staff all of them work extra hard to make you happy and they made my stay fabulous. I can't say enough good things about the staff..
